Dean Bryce has almost 20 years of experience in the music business. His journey started as management assistant for MJ Cole, The Cinematic Orchestra & Roots Manuva before he wrangled an A&R position at the iconic label Ninja Tune - bringing in a few Mercury Prize winning artists and creating Ninja Tune dance imprint record label Technicolour Records which helped bring Peggy Gou to prominence.

He then moved on to be the global head of music at @boilerroomtv before founding [Don’t Sleep](https://www.instagram.com/dont.sleep.music/) - a London based music venture that supports global creators who push culture forward. This is done at every stage of the creative journey: discovery, publishing, management and records. They look after exciting musicians such as Berwyn, Bad With Phones, Smasher and Shadez the Misfit.

Between 2013-2019, Joe worked at leading distribution agency @anumberofnames where he played a crucial role in the company’s expansion into creative fields; devising and executing initiatives in film, photography, graphic design and brand identity for Billionaire Boy's Club.

Since leaving, he has has moved on to produce campaigns & content for worldwide brands such as adidas, Bumble, Footlocker, Nike, and Carhartt WIP.

Multi-national [Serena Guen](https://www.instagram.com/serenaguen/) founded the award-winning SUITCASE magazine remotely while in her third year at New York University.

Her accolades include being named as Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2017, 25 under 25 most influential Londoners by The Evening Standard, winning a Women of the Future award for media and Natwest's Entrepreneurs of the Year Award.

She is also one of the co-founders of the #CookForSyria movement and cookbooks which generated global awareness for the Syrian crisis and raised over £1m for Unicef.
