[Margot Bowman](https://www.instagram.com/margotbowman/) is a globally-minded filmmaker creating new worlds of possibility and power, centering around women revealing the meaningful, undeniable truths that bring us closer to one another.

Dyslexia has pushed Margot to relate to the world differently, making colour her most important form of communication and a guiding principle of her process. Her creative approach is intimately influenced by club culture and the legacy of British youth movements - Punks, Mods, Acid House & UKG - setting the tone for the alternative realities she creates.

Raised in London, Bowman is currently based between New York and Los Angeles, creating work for the likes of Boiler Room, Nike, Universal Music Group, Diesel and Nowness - her work spans from transcendent music videos for artists such as Shygirl to culturally urgent films, including her recent documentary Showing Up, Showing Out with Carhartt WIP released on Dazed about the past, present, and future of Motown.

Margot Bowman

Fashion stylist, creative consultant and costume designer [Cynthia Lawrence-John](https://www.instagram.com/cynthialawrencejohn/) started off her career in photography, and quickly moved into fashion styling, becoming Fashion Director at the iconic Sleaze Nation. Her background in photography has seen her working as both a stylist and creative consultant across the fields of – fashion, advertising, music, narrative moving image and feature films.

Her obsession with ‘style over fashion’ and attention to detail has led Cynthia to work for several high profile international brands such as adidas, Nike, Apple, Samsung, Absolut and BMW to name a handful. Her celebrity roster includes international recording artists, celebrities and sports people including Pharrell, Swizz Beats, Young Fathers, Little Simz, and Mahalia.

While continuing to work in the fashion and advertising worlds, most recently Cynthia has moved further into short and feature films, enjoying the in-depth research aspect of the film world as well as the opportunity to explore human nature on a deeper level and exploring characters through the details in their style.

Long time fam friend, [Paul Ruffles](https://www.instagram.com/pruffs/) (also known as Ruffs) is a trusted and recognised expert in global Sports/Street retail, business and culture.

Starting from the shop floor at JD Sports he has a 25-year, proven track record of celebrating, creating, and delivering impact for brands, their products, and their stories. He passionately feeds off and thrives on the purpose and credibility of the work and whom the work is with.

He is committed and empathetic to people’s thoughts and needs, and has a clear understanding of how other influences such as music and art inform other cultures and working with those to excite the market - people like Jon Burgerman, Dave White, and more recently Nicole Mclaughlin - honed over 10 years as MD of Size? and Footpatrol, various campaigns with brands such as Reebok and currently new brand directions for Merrell with the launch of Merrell 1TRL.
