Starting from the shop floor at JD Sports he has a 25-year, proven track record of celebrating, creating, and delivering impact for brands, their products, and their stories. He passionately feeds off and thrives on the purpose and credibility of the work and whom the work is with.

He is committed and empathetic to people’s thoughts and needs, and has a clear understanding of how other influences such as music and art inform other cultures and working with those to excite the market - people like Jon Burgerman, Dave White, and more recently Nicole Mclaughlin - honed over 10 years as MD of Size? and Footpatrol, various campaigns with brands such as Reebok and currently new brand directions for Merrell with the launch of Merrell 1TRL.

[FILFURY](https://www.instagram.com/filfury/) is a British designer, artist and director based in LA, with a style that is bold and graphic across all mediums. He is a proud brummie and a self-confessed camo-obsessed footwear freak.

A perfectionist in all realms, be that digital or sculptural art, film, music videos and commercials. Whilst working across a spectrum of mediums and clients, there is a common aesthetic that is undeniably FILFURY.

Born in Dublin, now based in London, [L.A. Ronayne](https://www.instagram.com/ronayne/) comes with a lucky 13 years of experience in content, digital creative and editorial for fashion and lifestyle brands, working with the likes of YOOX, adidas, H&M, G.H. Mumm and more recently Pride in London.

In 2016, she was elected onto the D&AD Board of Trustees and named one of Campaign Magazine's Female Creative Trailblazers.

Before joining Anomaly in 2019, where she is now Group Creative Director, she taught the Digital Storytelling Masterclass for D&AD, served as a contributing editor of Riposte magazine and CDed at Stink Studios.
