Dean Bryce has almost 20 years of experience in the music business. His journey started as management assistant for MJ Cole, The Cinematic Orchestra & Roots Manuva before he wrangled an A&R position at the iconic label Ninja Tune - bringing in a few Mercury Prize winning artists and creating Ninja Tune dance imprint record label Technicolour Records which helped bring Peggy Gou to prominence.

He then moved on to be the global head of music at @boilerroomtv before founding Don’t Sleep - a London based music venture that supports global creators who push culture forward. This is done at every stage of the creative journey: discovery, publishing, management and records. They look after exciting musicians such as Berwyn, Bad With Phones, Smasher and Shadez the Misfit.
