Platform13 was tasked by Youth Music to help rewire their partnership strategy, to attract new and encourage existing brands and companies to commit to greater sustained financial investment for the organisation.
As with all of our projects, we started with an internal deep dive into the business, to identify Youth Music’s unique cultural positioning.
Using a mixed methodology of stakeholder interviews, interactive sessions and collaborative workshops we uncovered that with nearly 25 years in the game, the charity has been at the forefront of equalising access to music for young people, with a lasting heritage, and an equally impressive long-list of celebrated alumni.
A refreshed partnership strategy which consolidates Youth Music’s heritage, scale and impact into a clear offer and 2 minute partnership film which tells the Youth Music story through the lens of the people who truly define it.
Fully concepted and creative directed by us, the film is an exploratory journey breaking down Youth Music’s offer into their 3 focus areas - Make, Learn and Earn - brought to life through the real stories of funding recipients and projects that Youth Music across the UK.
